Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, may be shared and shown off til your hearts content, but may not be used for profit.

I do not consider making art for VTubers inheritably commercial. I will not charge VTubers extra just because they're VTubers, c'mon yall.}⚬ I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.⚬ I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.⚬ I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.⚬ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.
^{You are welcome to ask for updates! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.}⚬ Reposting and sharing the artwork is absolutely fine, but giving credit is mandatory. I do not mind being @'d, tags do not phase me.•---------------- Payment ----------------•
I require full payment upfront before any work begins.Payment is via Paypal Invoice or Stripe invoice, both card payment only. An invoice will be sent by me.⚬ If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 10% of the total cost).⚬ In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).⚬ Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.I do work for:

Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.⚬ You may ask for additional WIPS or request them at a high frequency.

I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. I expect the commissioner to be truthful in their age for NSFW commissions. Using an age gate system lessens my liability if a minor is intentionally dishonest to receive age inappropriate artwork. By proceeding with this commission, it is a legal binding agreement that you agree to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and an artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behavior. Understand that I am a human first, and artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, or sexualizes or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what lead to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message to justify slander.}

FAQ

Do you do NSFW?
I do. It's unlisted because I'm still learning but if you want it in my style and accept that it will be an experimental piece and perhaps not the best quality, you are more than welcome to ask.Do you have an age gate?
Yes, you must be 18+ to commission me. I do not work with minors.Do you offer refunds?
I do under certain circumstances.
If I have yet to finish the sketch, you may ask for a refund and I will refund you 90% of the price. I will retain the 10% for my time.
If I, under rare circumstance, am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will refund you for 75% of the commission price, keeping 25% for my time and I will provide the artwork in its current unfinished state.
Once the sketch is accepted, I do not offer refunds unless I initiate them.Do you draw commercial works?
I do. If you intend to use my artwork for commerical purposes, you will have to purchase commercial rights for an additional fee. This can be discussed before, during, or after the commission has been purchased; but the work CANNOT be used for commercial purposes until a fee is agreed upon and paid.Do you charge VTubers commercial fees?
I will not charge commercial fees for simply being a VTuber. If the commissionee happens to be a VTuber who wants art- No, there will be no fee.
If they purchase a commission from me and use it for commercial purposes, examples: Merch, Advertisements- Then the fee would be required.

PLEASE NOTE:My signature and watermark are separate things.
My signature cannot be removed, it is a small stylization of my username normally tucked into a corner.My watermark, an embossed larger version with my website attached, sits upon all public-facing jpegs meant for social media. These are the very same watermarked copies I will post myself on my own art pages.
This does NOT mean you are only allowed to post the watermarked jpeg publicly; you may post either version once you have received them; but regardless my signature must not be cropped out or edited from either piece.
No physical product will be delivered.
